Pickup collides with train

Idaho State Police are investigating a vehicle collision that occurred on April 20, 2024, at approximately 9:13 P.M. on State Highway 40 at US Highway 91 in Downey.

A 54-year-old male from Downey was driving a 2006 Chevy Silverado eastbound on SH40 when the vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign and struck a parked train.
