Storm clears air: Snow, wind creates problems

A record snowstorm for Jan. 27 hit Franklin County early Sunday morning and closed some roads in the area for a time. Church services were canceled in some communities. Windy conditions scoured pollution from the area and cleaned the air. Temperature inversions may reappear by the weekend as high pressure is forecast to return.
