The West Side Pirate boys travelled to Firth Thursday and beat the 2A, third-ranked Cougars 59-55.
West Side Coach Tyler Brown said Firth always plays well at home and it’s a tough place to play. “But we got away with a win,” he said.
West Side, now 3-2 overall, will not play again until Dec. 28 when they travel to Marsh Valley.
