The Barn, a retail and consignment shop that also is a distributor of Old Hickory Sheds, has recently opened at 193 E. 800 N. in Preston.

Owners Joe and Denise Hardy, from Thatcher, said the sheds are displayed outside of the building and the retail/ consignment area is spread out inside the facility.

The sheds are built by the Mennonites and come with a five-year warranty, said Denise.

“They can be purchased or there is a rent-to-own contract that is available,” she said. “There is no credit check. Buildings at the sales lot can usually be delivered within five week days, weather permitting. Sheds can be special ordered and designed by the purchaser. These can normally be delivered within 10-15 days, weather permitting. Delivery is free within a 30-mile range.”
