FRANKLIN – Commercial and other real estate parcels at The Horse Station at Cache Valley in Franklin are now on the market, according to developers of the project.
The Horse Station is a proposed horse sports and commercial mixed use project planned for 167 acres, just off U.S. 91 near the Utah/Idaho border. Ultimately it will host training and boarding facilities, retail and commercial businesses, an equine veterinary center, indoor and outdoor arenas, a hotel, condominiums and cultural and educational elements.
“The placement of ‘real estate for sale’ marks an important accomplishment by the entire development team and a positive step in the overall implementation of the Horse Station,” said Ernest E. Bleinberger, whose firm Strategy 5 LLC serves as the master developer for the project.
