The Franklin County Theatre Arts Council (FCTAC) will hold its annual corporate meeting on Sept. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Worm Creek Opera House, 70 S. State. Three new officers will be elected each for a three-year term. The meeting is open to the public.

Callin Christensen is the current president. Cecelie Costley will replace him in October as the new president.

“We would like to invite anyone interested in the theater to attend, and all are welcome to become part of the FCTAC,” said Cindy Swainston.

The annual meeting agenda items will include: how to increase membership; a president’s report of how things went last year; a review of plays and musicals for the past year; a financial report; and discussion of upcoming goals.

The Theatre Arts Council is seeking suggestions for next year’s live productions.

For further information contact Cindy Swainston at 852-2509 or Paul at 221-1172.
