When Jason Hall of Logan loaded horses into his trailer Wednesday morning to take them to Paris, Idaho, he was unaware he was going to be part of a three day Home Land Security anti-terrorism exercise. As soon as Hall crossed the Idaho border south of Franklin on U.S. 91, Wednesday morning, he was pulled over by Idaho State Police officer Sgt. Scott Hanson.

Hanson was assigned to stop all trucks hauling livestock coming into Idaho and check the health certificates and other papers for the animals.

Jason Hall of Logan, is being questioned about the horses he is hauling by Idaho State Police Sgt. Scott Hanson Wednesday morning.
