An Army private from Preston was killed in Afghanistan on Tuesday morning.
Cody Moosman, 24, was killed by enemy fire when his guard tower at an outpost came under attack. His LDS Bishop, Tom Madsen, said this was Moosman’s first tour of duty. He is the son of Mareen Moosman.
No other information was available.
“Greater Love hath no man then this, that he lay aside his life for his friends.” Cody was a friend of his country and his commrades and for them he laid down his life. He was loved and will always be missed. I love you Moos.
