Clinic to be held

June 22, 2012
By

To help parents prepare for 2012-2013 School Immunization Requirements, Southeastern Idaho Public Health (SIPH) will be holding a special walk-in immunization clinic for seventh grade students on Wednesday, June 27, from 2-7 p.m. at their office, 42 West. 100 So., Preston.

Legally, in order to enter seventh grade, children are required to have one Tdap and one Meningococcal immunization, in addition to school entry requirements that are based on when the child was born, said officials.

No child will be denied routine vaccinations based on the inability to pay. Parents are requested to bring their child’s up-to-date immunization record and insurance cards and coverage information with them to the clinics.

For more information on the walk- in clinic or immunization requirements, please call Franklin County 852-0478.
