Officials with Valley Wide Co-op have announced plans to rebuild a grain mill at the same location where a fire destroyed a decades-old facility in March.
Steve Hinckley, on his last day as area manager for the Preston operation, said the new mill will be built at 264 So. State, adjacent to the farm store.
“Some demolition of steel grain storage bins must be done prior to the start of construction which is expected this fall. Plans for the new facility are well underway and will also include office space,” said Hinckley.
