Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney, Todd Garbett, just completed a one-year term as president of the Sixth District Bar Association.
Garbett was first elected secretary of the association in 2009. He served one year in that position, followed by a one-year term as vice-president. He was president from April 2011 until recently.
