DAYTON – Completion of several classrooms above the West Side School District’s Fine Arts building is being pushed ahead of schedule to accommodate Franklin County High School students this fall.
The work is being done this spring and summer so these students can attend school in the facility inAugust, according to West Side Superintendent Melvin Beutler.
A major remodeling project will begin soon at the Preston National Guard Armory where Franklin County High School has been located. Students will attend school this summer at Preston High School.
This fall they will go to school in the Dayton complex and be bused from Preston to Dayton, according to Beutler. He said there will be no scheduling conflict.
