The Franklin county emergency Management and Franklin County amateur Radio emergency Communication Group is sponsoring a training session to become a weather spotter.
The event will be held Wednesday, May 30 at 7 p.m. In the basement Emergency Operation Center meeting room in the Franklin County Courthouse, according to Warren Wilde, county emergency services director.
