Preston traveled to the Tiger Grizz meet at Idaho Falls High School April 20-21 where both the boys and girls finished fourth out of 25 teams.
First place finishers: Cody McKay – 100m, Derek Bailey – 400m (50.25, .05 sec off the school record) and Brennyn Dunn – 110mH.
Second place: Cody McKay – 200m, Kylee Wakely – 400m, Kenidee Hyde – 100mH and Bailey Roberts – freshman 100mH.
Third place: Bailey Roberts – freshman 400m, Whitney Alder – 100mH, Shaley Alder – freshman 100mH, girls 4×100, boys 4×800, and Olivia Seamons – triple jump.
Ryan Wakely – 300mH also placed third and broke the PHS record in the long jump with 39.63 in the process.
Preston will compete in the Mini- Cassia at Minico High School on Friday. JV will compete the same day in Grace.
