Preston girls lost both games against Bonneville on Thursday, April 7, in Idaho Falls. It was 8-3 in the first game and 12-11 in the second.
“I wanted us to come out a little stronger,” Coach Ashlee Larsen said. “I thought we lagged in our energy level as a team, and I feel like if we came out with a little more fire in our bellies and would just want it more (we could have won). A little bit more communication out in the field would probably help eliminate some of our errors.”
