Members of the Preston FFA Chapter traveled to Grace High School for the District Agricultural Sales Career Development Event recently.

The Preston team won the event which qualifies them to compete at the State Ag Sales event this April in Twin Falls, according to Larin Crossley, ag department teacher.

Preston FFA students Heather Winn, left, Abbi Shaffer, Lauren Gleed, and Hannah Roberts all placed at a district Sales Career event in Grace. They will compete in April at a state meet in Twin Falls.

“Lauren Gleed placed first in Telephone Skills. Hannah Roberts and Abbi Shaffer won first in Ag Product Sales. And Heather Winn received a second in Customer Prospecting,” said Crossley.

The Preston Chapter would like to thank those individuals and businesses for assisting with the event, he said.
