ROBINSON – RINDLISBACHER
Dave and LaNae Robinson of Thatcher are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Sally, to Jared Rindlisbacher, son of Kelly and Lori Rindlisbacher of Logan.
Jared and Sally will be married Saturday, Aug. 2, in the Logan LDS Temple with a reception held from 6-8 p.m. that evening in the Thatcher/ Williams LDS church in Niter. An open house will be held Wednesday, July 30, at Von’s Park, 350 E. Center Street in Providence, Utah, from 6-8 p.m.
Sally is a 2012 graduate of Grace High School where she was active in social dance club, FFA, BPA, basketball and seminary. She clogged competitively and also taught dance classes. Sally served in the Texas Fort Worth LDS Mission and received her CNA certificate after returning. She is currently employed at Planet Beach in Logan.
Jared is a 2009 graduate of Mountain Crest High School. He was active in basketball, soccer, tennis and seminary. Jared served in the Mexico Tampico LDS Mission. He will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in December and will then pursue a Master’s degree at Utah State University. He is employed at Conservice in Logan.
Sally and Jared, along with their parents, wish to extend an invitation to all friends who might have been missed.
PACKER – SIMMONDS
Clair is excited to announce the upcoming marriage of her mother, Jenna Packer, to Ethan Simmonds on Aug. 2, 2014, at the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. There will be a reception held in their honor on Aug. 1, 2014, at the Riverdale, Idaho, LDS Chapel from 5- 8 p.m.
Jenna is the daughter of Kimble and Jeannette Smith and the late Ronnie Packer. She graduated from Preston High School in 2005, as well as a four-year graduate of LDS seminary. She has earned a certificate in medical office administration at Bridgerland Applied Technical College.
Ethan is the son of Jim and Tammy Simmonds of Treasureton. He is a 2008 graduate of Franklin County High School. He has worked at Plastic Industry for the past four years and he has plans of furthering his education. They plan to reside in Preston.
They are registered at Smithfield Implement.

STOKES – GUNNELL
Kayla Stokes and Jamen Gunnell are excited to announce their marriage on Friday, July 25, 2014, in the Logan LDS Temple. Kayla’s parents are Clifford and Nancy Stokes of Weston. Jamen’s parents are Jeff and Beverly Gunnell of Fairview.
A reception will be held in their honor that evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Dayton LDS Church.
Kayla is a 2012 graduate of West Side High. She participated on the drill team for four years. She graduated from New Horizons Beauty College in December of 2013 and is currently working at Great Clips in Logan, Utah.
Jamen is a 2010 graduate of Preston High School. He participated on the varsity soccer team for four years. Jamen served an LDS Mission in the Mexico Monterrey West Mission. He is currently working at Valley Implement in Preston and plans on continuing his education at Utah State University.
The couple will be living in Logan, Utah, after a honeymoon in Alaska. They would like to thank all their families and friends for their love and support. They are registered at US Bank in Preston, Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond.
TORRES – HOLYOAK
The family and friends of Ron and Ieda (Jinny) Torres Holyoak would like to invite you to an open house in their honor Saturday 6-8 p.m., July 26, 2014, at the Reeder Residence, 6768 E. Post Hollow Road, Thatcher, by mile marker 31 on Idaho Hwy 34.
Ron’s grandparents are Gilbert and LaNae Holyoak of Thatcher. His mother and step-father are Larry and Carolyn Forsgren, Preston. Jinny’s parents are Ieda Vargas and Rafael Torres of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Ron and Jinny were married June 21, 2014, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Ron graduated from Grace High School in 1995 and from Portland State University in 2000, with a Bachelor’s degree in health and fitness promotion. He was the head wrestling coach and an assistant football coach at Shelly High School from 2000-2007. He also played on the Idaho Falls Mustangs semi-pro football team from 2001-2005. Ron is currently employed at David Douglas High School as a dean of students where he is also the head coach for wrestling, a position he has held since 2007.
Jinny graduated from Colegio Del Carmen High School in Puerto Rico, in 2000 and from the University of Puerto Rico in Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s degree in finance in 2005. After graduation she moved to Arizona to attend primary Montessori training from 2005-2006. From 2007-2009, she attended elementary Montessori training in Minnesota. Ieda is currently employed at West Hills Montessori School and completing her AMI Montessori training of trainers in Portland, Ore.
The couple will make their home in Happy Valley, Ore.

HOGGAN – MCBRIDE
Victoria Lain Hoggan, daughter of David and Lizabeth Hoggan, and Brandon Jacob McBride, son of Debra and Eduward Leeflang and Travis McBride, were married Saturday, June 21, 2014, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
An Open House will be held on Saturday, July 26, from 6-8 p.m. at the Dahle Community Center in Dayton, Idaho, 626 West Side Highway.

CARTER – HAGER
Mr. and Mrs. Darin and Meleese Carter, of Preston, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin A. Carter, to Logan M. Hager, son of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan and Robyn Hager, of St. George, Utah.
The future bride is pursuing a degree in nursing and health education at Utah State University. She is employed as a nursing assistant at Logan Regional Hospital.
The future groom received a Bachelor of literary studies from Utah State University. He is employed as jewelry consultant at S.E. Needham Jewelers.
A July 19, 2014, wedding is planned at the Logan LDS Temple and a reception following at the Old Rock Church in Providence.
