The Gillespie children show their stash of pop tabs they hope to donate to Primary Childrens hospital in Salt Lake City: Madysen, 9, holds the ceramic bowl; with Aliecia, 5, on the left; and Dicota, 8; Ariannna, 6, on the right, at their Cub River home two weeks ago.

Brandy and Jerry Gillespie with their four children, three girls and a boy: Madysen, 9; Dicota, 8; Aliecia, 5; Ariannna, 6, moved into their Cub River home from Keokuk, Iowa, in October of 2008. Jerry works as the auxiliary operations manager for Gilt Edge Flour Mills in Richmond.

One of things the children noticed when they went school in Preston was there were no bins or boxes for donations to the Ronald McDonald House, a charity they had become close to recently.  (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
