The Festival of Lights, residential lighting winners for 2011 was Ernest Daley, 797 East Oneida in Preston.
Jessica Jensen, the Festival of Lights committee member over the home decorating contest, gave the names of the winners to The Citizen recently. She also announced that the maps showing the locations have been distributed to merchants to help people find the winners of the Festival of Lights residential lighting contest. The residential winners were: first, Ernest Daley, 797 E. Oneida; second, Derek Hobbs, 64 N. 2nd West; third, Mike Hollingsworth, 595 Eagle Drive; and fourth, Cal Hugie, 424 Oakwood Drive.
