The West Side Boys Basketball team had a bittersweet week. They defeated the Grace Grizzlies at home with a score of 56-45, but lost to Firth.
They ran the floor really well and had a lot of fast breaks to keep their momentum going throughout the game. During the Grace game Mason Lemmon and Jaxon Smart were a big part of the win.
Also, Brett Thornley, who had eight points for the Pirates said, “It was nice to finally get a win. We still have a lot of work to do though.” (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
