Santa waves to the State Street crowd during the Grand Lighted Parade Saturday night.
Early reports on the Festival have been very positive according to many of the Festival committee members.
The Grand Lighted Parade brought in people from around the area, with families in the backs of pickup trucks and inside of their cars watching through the windshields, not to mention the hundreds lining State Street to get a view. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
