ISP officer David Noyes stands by his patrol car last Wednesday after being honored by ISP.
Preston-based Idaho State Police Corporal David Noyes was honored recently in Pocatello for heroic deeds in saving the life of a Pocatello-area individual.
Noyes and two other ISP officers were given awards on Nov. 21 at Idaho State Police District Five headquarters. The three officers were involved in three separate incidents in the past several months. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
