In recent years, the Christmas tradition of displaying manger scenes or creches depicting the birth of Jesus has made a come back in yards, public parks and homes.
Small models of Mary and Joseph and the Christ Child in a crib adorn fireplace mantles and tables and shelves, during the holiday season. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
