Franklin County Theatre Arts Council (FCTAC) has big plans for the holiday season. The Christmas play “Three Bags Full” will be Dec. 2, 3, and 5, at 7 p.m. It is a short comedy about a miserly business tycoon and three identical bags containing gleaming diamonds, cold cash and the maid’s skivvies.
