Franklin County Road Supervisor Troy Moser is asking residents this winter to avoid pushing snow from private drives and lanes into road rights-of-way.
“This can create a dangerous situation for motorists, as well as crews trying to remove snow. These piles of snow can quickly freeze creating a traffic hazard,” he said. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
