Voters in Franklin and other counties in the state will have to declare a political party affiliation next year in order to vote in a primary election. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)

    Um…does anyone else not see how messed up this is? Sounds like they are trying to rig the vote to be one sided. It’s no ones business what party I am with. What if I am not with any party? I just vote for the one I think is the best? This is so not the way this should be ran!!!
