It’s not quite New Year’s Day, the time most people set some goals for the coming year. But the Franklin County Medical Center board of trustees wanted to get an early start on that process, meeting in its first goal-setting session late last week, but looking to 2012 and beyond.
The board met in a near three-hour evening session, deferring its regular monthly board meeting until Dec. 15 at noon. Last week’s session was only a discussion, idea-sharing session. No decisions were made, Andrus emphasized. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
