FRANKLIN – Private developers of a proposed multi-use horse complex presented a conceptual design of the project to city planning and zoning members Thursday night.
Earnest E. Bleinberger, principal of Strategy 5 LLC Consulting, is the driving force behind the $80 million multi-purpose equine complex planned for Franklin.
He told The Citizen his group received unanimous support for the project following the two-hour meeting. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
