An open house to explain details of a proposed $1.9 million bond for improvements to the Fairview Water District will be held at the Fairview LDS Church tonight (Wednesday), Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. Information will be provided about current problems and solutions. A public hearing on the project was held Monday during a Franklin County Commission meeting. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
