Festival of Lights Committee
The enthusiasm is building for the 2011 Festival of Lights. The willing and hard-working core of volunteers has been busy planning and working towards this great event. Things kick off with a Nov. 5 day of decorating.
Saturday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m., all willing and able volunteers from Franklin County should meet on the West Motor corner of Oneida and State. We will be decorating the trees up and down Main and Oneida and helping the merchants decorate the fronts of their stores. We will have bucket tractors, but bring step ladders if you can.
