Two brothers, and former Preston High School baseball standouts, Shawn and Skyler Thomson, played on the World USSSA Championship team as they won the tournament held in Orlando, Fla., last month.
The team, ABRA, Auto Body Repair of America, was made up of a combination of five Cache Valley players and Salt Lake area players. ABRA has only been a team for one year and took home a host of trophies this summer, then went on to win all but one game at Disney World Wide World of Sports Complex on Sept. 22-25, 2011.
