Preston Police Chief Val Sparrow is reminding residents that parking any type of vehicle on city streets during winter months is prohibited, because it impairs snow removal efforts.
Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1, and running through March 31, parking vehicles, RVs, or trailers on any city street in Preston is prohibited from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. according to posted signs, said Chief Val Sparrow.
