Franklin County residents are invited to put their creative juices to work and carve and/ or decorate a pumpkin.
The Larsen-Sant Library is sponsoring a pumpkin decorating contest, with categories for both decorated and carved pumpkins. Age groups are: preschool, grades K-2, grades 3-5, junior high, high school and adults. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
