Joggers, walkers, ghosts and goblins may want to start preparing costumes for the second annual Halloween 5K Fun Run/1 Mile Walk, sponsored by the Franklin County Special Olympics. The event will be held Oct. 29, at 9 a.m. at the parking lot of LDS North Stake Center, 310 N. State Street, next to West Motor. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
