The National Office of Rural Health has awarded Franklin County Medical Center a grant totaling up to $831,574 to support the hospital and doctors’ offices in getting electronic health records computerized and networking together.
Hospital Administrator Mike Andrus released information about the grant Friday, which he said will be paid in three installments: $299,758 for this fiscal year, $299,558 the next year and $232,358 for the final year. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
