PHS volleyball has had a rough start. In addition to graduating three seniors, two players chose not to return and one is out for the season with an ACL tear.

This makes for a young and inexperienced team. The success of the team cannot be measured in wins during rebuilding as every success is an important stepping stone to the next level.

At the Sky View tourney over weekend, Sept. 9-10, the Indians lost seven matches but had some individual wins against Shelley, Hillcrest, and Idaho Falls.

Three straight weeks of tournaments have taken their toll and it showed on the last day of the tournament. Coach Kristy Chatterley is glad to be able to focus on individual matches and rest her team. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
