Philip Mockli
Things have changed a little since Philip H. Mockli filed a lawsuit in the United States Court District of Idaho Eastern Division for violation of some of his constitutional rights. Remember when Mockli filed four lawsuits for The Ethereal Enigmatic Euphoric Movement Towards Civilized Hedonism LTD (Three E), his new found religion, for which he is the official representative.
Bugga-Bugga, Mockli’s title, filed a lawsuit against the State of Idaho because he felt his religious beliefs of drinking on Sunday were being violated. He has had a change of heart, it is not buying spirits on Sunday that he is torqued over it is now liquor by the drink. (See the full story in The Preston Citizen.)
