Highway 36 crash sends four people to hospital

The two-vehicle accident around noon on Friday injured four people who were taken to the Franklin County Medical Center by three ambulances. It appeared to be a head-on collision on Highway 36 near the Mink Creek LDS church. Several emergency response vehicles were on scene. Highway 36 was blocked for about an hour. However, traffic was diverted onto a county road.
