A 19-year-old Preston woman was killed in a one-vehicle rollover Wednesday night on Cub River Road.

Idaho State Police said Kwintse Marley was traveling west on Cub River Road at approximately 11:04 p.m. when her vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons and rolled over an embankment. The 2006 Ford Focus came to rest in a canal at approximately 3200 East, according to the police.

Marley was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene. Kolton Bird, 21, of Logan, was a passenger in the vehicle and was transported by ground ambulance to Franklin County Medical Center in Preston, according to ISP.

Officials said next of kin have been notified.

Neither occupant was wearing their seatbelt at the time of the crash. The crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
