New York Deli is moving across the street. Soon Groll’s will have two for-rent signs in front of their fitness center on North State. There is already one posted at the fudge shop, adjacent to the Deli.

A pair of customers enter the True Value store recently. Soon the building will be vacated. Several other downtown storefronts are also empty.
