Preston’s Tyler Castleton has assembled a boy-band called “Beyond 5,“ (B 5) that is taking Utah by storm and look like they have a bright future.
The group is made up of 15 to 18 year old boys Castleton found from auditions held across the country. B 5 has produced videos and put them online and the feedback has been real positive.
Castleton has taken the group to perform in Asia. Their message is positive and up-beat, they recently did an anti-bullying in concert in Salt Lake City.
The group is scheduled to be in Preston and do some mini-shows in the schools. They will appear at a morning Christmas assembly at Preston High School on Dec. 19. The assembly starts at 9 a.m. and B 5 takes the stage when Santa introduces them at around 10:30 a.m. and will greet students during lunch.
They will appear at an afternoon Christmas assembly at Preston Junior High on Dec. 19 (assembly starts at 2:15 p.m. and B 5 takes the stage around 3:15) and will greet students afterwards.
