Robin Berret and Hidie Nye wanted to remind those who have embraced the Angel Tree tradition of the upcoming deadline.

“We are coming to the close of another Angel Tree program,” Nye said. “All gifts need to be turned in by Dec. 16 at the city’s archery building.”

She said there are still several angels on the trees at True Value Mart, Alco and Kings.

The two said they appreciate everyone who has helped with this year’s project.

“We would like to give a special thanks to Preston City for the use of the archery building,” Nye said. We also would like to thank Alco, True Value Mart, Kings, Preston School District and West Side School District for letting us put angels on their trees, as well as, The Preston Citizen for laminating the angels,” Nye said. “Many thanks to everyone who has picked up an angel. Without you the program would not be a success.”
