DAYTON – One construction project in the West Side School District is just about completed and another is going to start in the near future.
The kitchen area adjacent to the Dahle Community Center in the Beutler Middle School is progressing nicely. Painting is nearly finished, kitchen cabinets are installed and tile will be installed.
This will complete the project and it should be ready to rent to the public next month, said Superintendent Spencer Barzee.
“We are currently compiling the cost of completing the west wing on the south end of the high school that will connect Bonnie Nielsen’s lab to the high school,” he said. “It will eliminate all the traffic out of the library and do away with the need for students to walk through the conference room while classes are utilizing the Idaho Education Network for classroom presentations.
