If you are looking for a scary experience in preparation for Halloween, Riverdale Resort’s The Dark Meadows Manor may be just the ticket. Sara Argyle of Preston’s Direct TV, Jamie Forbush of United Computer Services in Logan and Ben Argyle, a Direct TV franchisee, have created a spook alley guaranteed to scare the heebie–jeebies out of you.

These folks are no strangers to the craft, all have rigged spooky hideouts from Sherwood Hills in Wellsville, to haunts in Bountiful, Utah, and places in between.

For Dark Meadows Manor they have turned enclosed pavilions and covered picnic areas into rooms called Creepy Clown room, Grunge Girl who likes dolls room, torture chamber and more. There is a place where guests have to crawl though a maze of spiders and webs and they should always be on the watch for the fire breathing jack o’ lanterns.

“We have had a lot of people come through already and we are expecting bigger crowds the closer it gets to Halloween,” Sara said. “We are excited to have a Carnival from Richmond, Utah, come this month,” Argyle said.
