The Regional Singles Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be held on Oct. 17-20, at the Logan Temple and USU Institute of Religion.
The conference attracts single members from all over Cache Valley.
Thursday evening, a devotional and temple night will be held at the Logan LDS Temple. Area Seventy, Elder Thomas M. Cherrington, will be the speaker. Location: 502 East 300 North.
Friday evening Jason Hewlett will perform at the Logan Institute. An entertainer, Hewlett has enjoyed performing for audiences at some of the largest private and company events in the world. He is an excellent vocalist and a great comedian.
The keynote speaker for the Saturday evening portion of the conference will be James H. Davis, Chairman of the Management Department and Professor in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Workshops will also be held during the day and there will be a dance that evening with live music by the Joe Muscolino Band.
Saturday sessions will include workshops and panels. Panelists will be Jeff Allred, Ron Dunford, Bob Kittle, Merrill Dayton, Tamara Sheffield, Darren Johansen, Lilly Anderson, Mike Hess and more. Suggested topics include: hope, healthy living, love of all mankind, living a balanced life, love of god, moving forward in hope, serving mankind, defining meaningful relationships, and more.
