Girls place 3rd at Cache/Box

With the prestigious Bob Firman Invitational now in the books, Preston runners tested their speed against local teams at the 2013 Cache-Box Invitational, held at Utah State’s course on Wednesday, Sept. 26.

2014 CALENDARS 4X8 10-2

Senior Caitlin Elgan ran to fourth place in the girls’ race. The Preston girls’ team finished third overall behind Sky View and Mountain Crest. It placed ahead of Box Elder, Logan and Bear River.

Sophomore Kaden Shumway, coming in 32nd, was the first varsity runner for the Indian boys’ pack. The boys’ team continues to gain competitive experience.
