Grand re-opening set for Thursday

Come see the changes at The Preston Citizen bookstore this week. A ribbon cutting and grand re-opening will take place. There will be food provided by Mis Amores, Smokey Joe’s and Nuts for You on Thursday.

Alan White, from KACH Radio, will be on hand to do a live remote broadcast between 9:30 -11:30 a.m. The ribbon cutting will take place on Thursday at 10 a.m.

Specials on merchandise will be in effect through Saturday.

TRENT TOONE SIGNING

There will be a drawing for a lifetime subscription to The Preston Citizen, free gasoline for a year from Kelly’s c-stores and gift cards to area merchants will also be given away. The drawings will take place through rodeo weekend.

Some of the old shelving has been replaced for better product display. Counter tops and cabinets have been refinished. Walls have come down, new paint has been applied to the walls and ceiling. New carpet has been installed and the newsroom and business offices have been updated.
