When completed there will be two structures with two retail pads, one with a space for offices.

One of the retail spaces will be 5,400 square feet. The other will be 4,800 square feet. The larger structure will have retail space in approximately half of the building. The other part will house a shared office area.

“I have friend in Boise that uses this concept in some of his buildings. There will be executive offices for different companies or individuals that share a common secretary, reception area and a meeting room,” Roberts said. “Insurance agents, attorneys, banks, credit unions, salons, restaurants and anything like that would fit into these spaces.”
