Whole grains artisan bread class offered

Learn how to make Artisan breads Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 7 p.m. It’s fast, easy and no kneading is required! Recipes and ideas for making a variety of Artisan breads will be provided. Each class member will need to bring a five or six quart container (with a lid/ covering) and a cookie sheet to class.


Since participants will be making bread dough, pre-registration is required and the class size will be limited. The class will start at 7 p.m. at the Extension Office, 561 W. Oneida, and is expected to last about two hours. Call the Franklin County Extension Office, 852-1097, or stop by to reserve your spot by Thursday, May 9. Pre-payment of fees will be greatly appreciated. Cost is $10.
