It’s a sure sign of spring in Preston as robins are pecking on the lawn and geese are flying overhead.
Vehicles are once again allowed to park overnight on city streets.
The ordinance banning parking expires Sunday, March 31, at midnight.
Beginning Nov. 1 each year and running through March 31, parking vehicles, RVs or trailers on any city street in Preston is prohibited from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The ordinance states, “It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any city street within the City of Preston, Idaho, between those hours from Nov. 1 and March 31 of each and every year.”
